Last weekend, I had noticed the moon setting on the horizon just before dawn. After booting up TPE and figuring out a decent foreground for the intended shot, I headed out to Moana beach where there was not a soul in the chilly winter morning. The skies were completely clear and with the moonset coinciding with sunrise, it was a rare opportunity to shoot the moon exposed with the foreground in the same frame.
