Autumn Clarity by Dee-T Autumn Clarity by Dee-T
Lake Pukaki
New Zealand

The drive from Lake Tekapo to Mount Cook/Aoraki National park was one of the highlights of our trip. Unfortunately, our little girl was in a particularly grizzly mood during the drive so we couldn't stop for long but this blueness of the lake combined with incoming snow storms, sunlight and autumn foilage all just came together at various parts of the drive. Once we were in the mountains, the weather was inclement.

The 'reel' of every single shot we took is compiled here in 12 minutes!

Wow, I was mesmerized by your video of New Zealand.. great job!! It must have been difficult with a little one to tour the area, but thank you for your great talent and for sharing that with the world. It brought back many memories for me.

The contrast of the colours here is amazing. And you have autumn and winter in one shot!:) Why did you decide to crop it? Was there something distracting in the lower part of the composition?

Yes, there was a road running through just under the bottom of the image unfortunately!
