I should really call Hallett Cove the shore of endless compositions. It is one of the most frequent spots that I have revisited and each time the lighting varies, the water varies, the textures of the rocks subsequently also vary. This shot was taken just before at dawn with a 3 stop soft and 2 stop hard GND. I took probably 20 or so frames before I was happy with the way the water swirled down those lands of rock (even then , I'm not completely satisfied with it)
