Lovelight by Dee-T Lovelight by Dee-T
Cataract Gorge
Launceston

This image was taken on the very first dawn of our trip to Tasmania in Autumn this year. Having not been there before, it was difficult to know what to take pictures of while scouting in the dark but the early morning gloom gave enough light to find this spot on the bridge when for 5 minutes, the skies exploded pink. And then greyness resumed!

Our Calendar is now available online!
If ordered before December 8, it could still potentially be a Christmas present! Orders are through momento Australia.
- A4 (regular size) $22

The water could well be liquid metal. I'm half expecting it to meld into a T1000! It's a magnificent shot but your description had me scratching my head because I live near Launceston and I don't know of any spots that look like this... but then that's Launceston in Cornwall, UK. Easy mistake to make. :D

It's an ancient town built around a castle at the top of a hill above a deep valley. Beautiful place in its own right. :)
