This is a composite image of an exposure blend at cape spencer (Innes national park) for the foreground. That day had clear blue skies.
By contrast, another side lit evening closer to home at Hallett Cove yielded a very interesting sky.
I do not support the use of composite images in general but if you go through the process of creating images in this way, it certainly improves one's post processing skills in terms of blending for dynamic range for the images which count. This one's just for fun while I'm still mainly at home looking after infants.
